Tamer Hassan

The role of the senior Human Resources professional requires an understanding of business needs along with the requirements of prospective employees. It also requires mediation and people skills, and a comprehensive understanding of employment issues.

Having led HR operations in multinational businesses, encompassing the Middle East, North Africa, the U.S. and Europe, Tamer has gained a unique understanding of the commercial forces, cultural preferences, and managerial styles by region. Over the past 25 years, he has built a strong reputation for excellence, and gained broad experience in a range of vertical sectors, including: engineering, contracting, oil and gas, healthcare, manufacturing and retail businesses.

Tamer began his career in HR with a CIPD qualification, followed by a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. He earned a Masters Degree at Manchester Metropolitan University, before becoming a Member Chartered of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Tamer is also a Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the British Psychological Society (BPS).

He has a passion for trying to understand how to align employee and corporate objectives, and continually invests in his personal development. Tamer has completed training in Occupational Testing, achieving Levels A & B as a Certified Test Administrator, and qualified as an NLP Practitioner using Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy. Later on Tamer gained his professional qualifications as a certified Assessor and as an Assessment Center developer. His personal training and development work has enabled him to serve as an effective Coach to senior executives, and has furnished him with the skills and tools to host induction and soft skills training courses to employees of all levels.
